Your order will be prepared and shipped according to the methods and delivery times detailed below.
Delivery dates may be longer during sales periods or our outlet.
Instore Delivery
DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Chronopost Standard Delivery
Your package will be deliver within 3-5 working days, through Chronopost (La Poste / Royal Mail), at the registered delivery address, from Monday to Friday, between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm.
If you receive a delivery notice, please pick your order up at the indicated post office. Please note that you will be ask to present your ID and the order confirmation.
For Outlet orders, delivery times are extended to 10 business days.
Chronopost Express Delivery
Your package will be deliver within 2 working days, through Chronopost (La Poste / Royal Mail), at the registered delivery address, from Monday to Friday, between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm.
If you receive a delivery notice, please pick your order up at the indicated post office. Please note that you will be ask to present your ID and the order confirmation.
In-Store Delivery
Sandro can deliver your parcel for free to one of our boutiques (not incl. Concessions, Department Stores and Outlet Boutiques). Click here to see the list of boutiques offering this service.
Special outlet conditions: Please note that during our online Outlet sales, express and in-store deliveries are deactivated.
RETURN AND REFUND
Return by post
You have 30 days to return your products by post. The items you want to return must be packaged in their original packaging with their labels.
Only new, unworn and clean products will be refunded.
Please find hereafter the new return procedure to be compliant with customs. It also allows us to take in charge all custom fees:
- Go on Sandro-paris.com website https://uk.sandro-paris.com/en/order-details and click on “Return an item”.
- Select the items you wish to send back and print five customs forms.
- On the delivery slip, indicate the reason for the return and insert it into your package.
- Affix the customs forms and pre-paid return label on your parcel.
- Entrust your parcel to UPS (https://www.ups.com/dropoff/).
If you have lost your prepaid postage label, we invite you to download and print it from your order tracking area. You can also contact our Customer Service to provide you with a new one.
t can take up to 10 days for your package to cross the customs and to be delivered to our warehouse. We will process your refund within 14 working days, once we have received your parcel.
Return in store
You have a maximum of 30 days to return your order in the store of your choice (excluding corners, outlets and affiliates).
To facilitate the return, we invite you to visit the shop with your order number.
Beyond that, you will need to contact our customer service either by phone at +44 20 76 60 06 26 or directly via our contact form.
Warning ! For items bought during the Outlets on our e-shop, you can not return them in store.
