Delivery available across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Delivery within Riyadh is 1 - 3 business days and 3 - 5 business days in all other cities. For all our delivery areas, please click here.

 

FREE delivery for orders SAR250 and over. Delivery fee of SAR30 applies to orders under SAR250.

 

Delivery dates may be longer during sale periods or our outlet sale.

 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Full-priced items and sale items can be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.

 

Return in store

Visit Sandro Al Faisiliah Mall to return your item(s). Check our store locator for the store details. Please be ready to present your invoice.

 

Return through website 

Use the Return my order to take you to our Returns Portal page.

 

Return policy

Only new, unworn and clean products are eligible for return. All items must be in their original packaging with their labels and tags intact.

 

The following items are not eligible for return: jewellery, accessories, swimwear, underwear, fragrance and beauty products.

 

Items bought during promotions on our website cannot be returned in store.

 

Refund policy

 

Refund for eligible products will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid with a debit or credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. Depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 14 working days for your refund to reflect in your bank or credit card.

 

If you paid through Cash on delivery and returned in store, you can choose to credit the refund to any of the following: a new Blue Prepaid card, store credit or as cash. If you paid Cash on delivery and chose Return pick up, the refund will be credited to the nominated bank account.
