- 1. Waist size: the waist size is measured at the narrowest part of your waist. The measuring tape should be adjusted without being too tight.
- 2. Hip size: the hip size is measured at the widest part of your hips.

The payment for your order in installments without fees is processed securely, directly online via TABBY. Your payment will be split into 3 installments with no fees.

- Basic alterations are free for online purchases; additional charges apply for more complex alterations.
- Alterations can be done at any Sandro store. Bring the item and your original receipt, and our staff will assist you.
- Once an item is altered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- We do not offer alterations that change the item’s style, fit, or shape.
