Payment for your order is made directly online by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express). After confirmation of your payment by our payment provider, your bank account will be debited with the total amount of your order.
TABBY
The payment for your order in installments without fees is processed securely, directly online via TABBY. Your payment will be split into 3 installments with no fees.
- Free basic alterations are offered on full-priced items purchased online (e.g., hemming, shortening sleeves, dresses, trousers).
- Basic alterations are free for online purchases; additional charges apply for more complex alterations.
- Alterations can be done at any Sandro store. Bring the item and your original receipt, and our staff will assist you.
- Once an item is altered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- We do not offer alterations that change the item’s style, fit, or shape.
