Returns and exchanges are available in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
- Full-price items: refund within 3 days, exchange within 7 days.
- Sale items: exchange only within 3 days.

The payment for your order in installments without fees is processed securely, directly online via TABBY. Your payment will be split into 3 installments with no fees.
- Free basic alterations are offered on full-priced items purchased online (e.g., hemming, shortening sleeves, dresses, trousers).
- Basic alterations are free for online purchases; additional charges apply for more complex alterations.
- Alterations can be done at any Sandro store. Bring the item and your original receipt, and our staff will assist you.
- Once an item is altered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- We do not offer alterations that change the item’s style, fit, or shape.
